summer's over, as of tonight.

the second half-to-two-thirds of summer we have left will fly by. pretty soon there will be football on the television, color in the leaves, and the shadows will begin getting long.

but today was perfect. a perfect summer day. the weather, the company. the location, and banter. easy. like it should be. set against a storied backdrop, a stage appropriate for such a day - ann arbor. a new chapter I can't wait to write.
